OMG, that sounds like such a terrible experience! I had one similiar a few years ago with Cingular and they had bad customer service like that, too. You know it doesn't take that long and most of the time, they can easily do something. I hope it gets cleared up ASAP.

Don't you just hate having to repeat everything every time someone new gets on the phone.

YESSSSSS! That is the absolute WORST part. Like you call, ask for a supervisor and the stupid ass regular rep wants you to explain it and then they get a sup and don't even tell the sup what is going on so you have to do it again. THEN when the bitches don't call back you have to call and do it two times MORE. GAHHHH!!!!

To be honest Verizon is really good to their customers... The problem is you have to work SO hard to get something done! I just got a BB Tour, too! :) But I'd upgraded in the Spring, hated the phone I got (Samsung Alias) and sent it back. For whatever reason, my upgrade date never reverted back...it went to like 2010 as if I'd kept the new phone. So when I wanted to get the Tour I had to call the customer care line about getting the date changed. TWO days in a row I talked to someone who was very helpful and promised me their supervisor, though not in right now, would take care of it ASAP. Never happened... it took three calls/three days to get it done.

While they're definitely polite and helpful, they need to work on their customer service a bit with getting shit DONE.

i've had nothing but trouble with verizon. it seems like they either lie to get you to spend more money or they just don't know what they're talking about. like, one person will tell you one thing then you call and talk to another person and they tell you something else ( ... )
