Tired Hooded Eyes

What can I do with these eyeballs? I'm ALWAYS told I look tired, no matter what I try. I use Fluidliners, and I feel bad about giving MAC a bad name by using them on these eyes! Notice how my brows practically sit on top of my lids?? I'm afraid to wax too much because then I'll end up with skinny minny brows that won't suit my rather casual style.

hm if you have less lid showing than you'd like when your eye is opened, i'd suggest going ultra easy on the liner, so as to not occupy prime lid real estate. like, ultra fine line right alone lashes, and nothing more!!
