Anyone ever had a condition called "frozen shoulder"? Adhesive capsulitis? It starts with a small strain or injury and over a period of time blows up into lots of shoulder pain and stiffness and, guess what? It can take a couple of years to resolve. I agree.  Some days, my only criteria is: "does this fit with my boobs?"
