Whistle For The Choir (6/?)

The radio sounds like a hangover.

That’s a lie. In reality, it’s actually Santana’s loud groaning over the top of the radio that sounds like a hangover. The Latina is slumped unhappily in the passenger’s seat, forehead pressed against the icy window of the car and grumbling to herself while Rachel drives them towards the mall. Mercedes and ( Read more... )

“If you’re hanging out for that,” Rachel tells her, ignoring the sound of Mercedes’s uproarious laughter behind them, “you will be waiting a very long time. Ask Puck. He’ll tell you all about it ( ... )

Urgh. I really really wish there was another option besides Finn. I think it's slightly sick of me but I enjoy when Rachel goes into those weird moods, I think it's cause you write it so well and everyone sort of like, protects her and it's cute. I'm very eager to see what happens when Finn returns and how everyone reacts. Very great writing, this chapter was awsome. I couldn't help but laugh at Rachel constantly rejecting Santana, it's adorable.

I like writing Pezberry in this. They have a very strange dynamic - where they know they're never going to get together, but they flirt and provoke each other just for fun.

It's the perfect excuse to keep Finn properly in the story, rather than just sporadically appearing in the hallways, I suppose. Rachel needs to deal with him, so he needs to be there. Besides, he has a big part in the end - though, not specifically a good one.

I'm afraid to know what they'll do with the duct tape... Actually, I think they could put it to good use and gag Finn so he won't be able to speak during Glee and they can pretend he's just a prop. *thumbs up* I'm so happy with my logic right now. *grins*

Great chapter :)

I would be worried about the wirecutters. And the green jelly.

You're kind of on the right track with the duct tape, actually. That's not exactly what they're doing with it, but think similar. Blaine and Puck are a devious pair, and they like to think they've planned for every possibility. The duct tape will definitely have a use at the second party scene (which won't be for a little while, but whatever). It might get used before then, but that's still up in the air.

Glad you're enjoying it.
