I had a really good start to my workweek; three days of well-run schools and good kids,even some gifteds (YAY), and fifth graders that were all the right size. On Thursday, however, my day included (but was not limited to) the following events. (not a list for the babies.)

The west side is a total crapshoot. Every other area of Jacksonville I have very well figured out as far as good and bad neighborhoods go, but there's a school literally half a mile from the one I'm talking about in this post that is one of my favorites to work at. It appears to be completely random block by block.
