for someone who's never been in a relationship, i often find myself in situations where my opinion is sought in this area (or sometimes i just find myself offering it). i empasize the whole "not speaking from experience, but...." and basically just go off of observations made with friends and their relationships, etc. what's even more odd to me is

You know, the beauty of being "inexperienced" is that you can't tell yourself that you're experienced. In other words, you'll end up with a very humble and believable opinion, as you will not be under the impression that you know what you're talking about.

I don't think that made much sense, but if it does, awesome.
