My bus ticket is bought and my hostel reservations are confirmed. I've found a place to go swing dancing, and I want to go to this, and I'm counting on a wild night on the town with Brian. A couple of paycheques came in as early as I was hoping they would, so I'm set financially. I bought a new backpack for the trip today; I'm planning on packing

I read a really great book called "Self" by Yann Martel (author of "Life of Pi"). Also, you might like the book I'm currently reading, "The Mother Tongue: English and how it got that way" by Bill Bryson. Very witty and interesting!
