Tomorrow at 11am, I close on my Condo. This is so awesome after I fired my mortgage guy last week, hired another one and the loan is still approved in time to close on the original closing date.

Man, I don't know what is going on with me, it is like a feel a change in the air and it is making me all moody. I am angry still, but I realize I am angry with myself for wasting so much time on other people, who just take me for granted. So I took my truck in to get looked at today, and it was what I thought, a crank gasket. Not a cheap repair and of course since it is a gasket, not covered by warranty. This will set me back a few dollars in future paychecks because I have to borrow the money to pay for it or take my vacation pay. I think I would rather pay it back over a few ( Read more... )

So tomorrow I am going to go look at a house. It is an adorable victorian, small but can be made bigger. It has a full unfinished basement and upstairs and attic that has been heated and renovation started. So this could go from a 2bdrm 1bth to a larger house. It is 136k.
