I've always wondered about the back cover of X 12.

...Ok, completely OT, but I've just read your crossover chart and I have a few corrections

HOLIC might also connect with MAGIC KNIGHT RAYEARTH; both feature Mokona. However, it is unclear whether or not the
RAYEARTH Mokona and the HOLIC Mokona are the same (probably not *SIGH SIGH*).

Actually, we do know.

In the Mokona Modoki book (I read the translations of a few chapters), we learn that Yuuko and Clow created the two mokonas based on another creature they had met while traveling between dimensions, a creature that had the power to create worlds. Knowing how MKR manga ended, is pretty clear that creature was MKR's Mokona.

We also learn:

The real names of the black and white Mokonas are Soel and Larg.

The Clow Yuuko met is indeed CCS!Clow. The mokonas even mention that, for a while, white mokona lived with Clow, Yue and Cerberus.

And that is such a neat thing, Mokona and Clow living together. I bet he got along reaaaaaal well with Yue. XD
