It's actually kind of funny how i did it. The thought came into my head, i tried it, and it worked!
Basically i took the thickest gauge of plastic(the kind you put on a table to prevent spills on the nice tablecloth) and laid it out. I took 16 gauge jewelry wire and cut it into the length i needed, and bent it. I then took out the trust hotglue gun, and glued the metal at 5 points to the plastic. Since the glue is so hot, it partially melted the plastic, but not to where it was drippy... So it melded together... which was what i wanted :). I also attatched the jewels with hotglue. It's nice and lightweight, and pretty close to hers
Woo hoo, Ashley! It's looking really good! Keep up the great work! :D Skirt looks great too! Great job on the gathering...I can't gather for the life of me. I read books of sewing, I read it online, but still nothing. :p
