I'd like to make you jealous by telling you that I recently got paid to watch Gold Finger & Tomorrow Never Dies...digitizing for DVD release. A vast difference between the two. I don't see how any Bond fans could like the new movies (post-License To Kill). They just don't have the charm...nor the writing of the others.

Did you go to Catalina with just your girl or 100+ people?

The big thing is going with a group. Of course Catalina will be whatever flying solo, but when you practically take over a side of the island, pack pizza joints and kareoke bars, pre party at condos and walk your drunk ass through the streets of catalina, you're gonna have a blast. You could have a shitty date too, luckily my worst date was my freshman year and the best the last year.

I'm pissed I walked out before the scene after the credits in x men, but from what I heard it was horse dung. When I left the theater, I loved the movie, but after reflecting... I have mixed feelings about it. Yes, this conversation could go for hours.

bye

Dang, I have forgotten to check Livejournal for a few days!
So you really didnt' get seasick? Wow, I still will not go on a cruise ship.

I saw Da Vinci (For free on a Friday at lunch!) and was SOOO lost. I didn't read the book so I think I was kinda screwed. AND. I feel like a terrible Catholic (well, that's another story) BUT I had no clue what a holy grail was?? I didnt know it was a real thing people wanted to know about...I thought it was just a joke from Monty Python.....

RIGHT TO HELL FOR ME!!!

you'd be bored Karin

The Holy Grail is the legendary cup that jesus used at the last supper and then supposedly caught his blood during the crucifixion. King Arthur's final quest was to find the holy grail, when he was off doing it, lancelot and guinevere were bad kids.

Also its the object being chased in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. It has always been thought of as a cup or chalice

Yeah, I saw Indiana Jones in the 80's...I was a kid, I didnt pay attention to the Holy Grail! In all those years of Catholic school never learned about it...so crazy!

honestly, you don't learn about it in Catholic School, its not really part of the religion per se, its just a legend in the end.
