I get asked this question more often than not.  Whether it's from friends trying to help but not knowing how, family during birthday or Christmas time, or myself as I work towards making some somewhat difficult decision with life.  And to be honest half the time I don't know the answer to the questions, but I do know the answer to the flip of that
