I just woke up with a message from Craig. He said Meghan had Paige at 8:11pm last night. She was 9lbs 1oz and 21 and a half inches long. He said she is perfectly healthy. I am so happy for you guys! I am going to call the in a little bit and check up on her, and get more details. I'll post in a bit with what I hear from her.
No wonder she was in so much pain! She was a tiny pregnant woman and that child must have been killing her little body. Anyhow, I will give her all of your messages when I call her.

EDIT @ 10:07am PST: I just talked to Craig, and the girls are doing very well. She is a bit sore, but that's it. He said she had an epidural, but otherwise she had her fine. Meghan is supposed to feed Paige and then call me back, so I should have a bit more information later. Craig definitely sounds like a proud daddy, though. We all love you, Meghan and are so, so, so happy for you two.
