a good friend, who you know fairly well, once told me "if you are a house, live like you have all your doors, and all your windows open." this means not turning people away, in fact, let everyone in. there isn't a single person on this earth without the capacity to love you for who you are. but remember to try to keep yourself in control, and if you see things getting a little out of control, there is nothing wrong with jumping out the window and chilling in the yard until things settle.
