I wasn't sure where else to post this, lol.
I went kind of crazy with the labor day sales this year, mostly b/c I need to stop wearing Doctor Who t-shirts and jean shorts everywhere. *continues to wear Doctor Who t-shirts and jean shorts everywhere* Anyway, here is my consumerism in action:
Aeropostale:
I seriously love crop tops right now. I'm coming to the end of my crop top years so I'm going hard now, lol. I got the grey one for $6 and the blue one for $9. I usually wear a size S but I got both in an M since I wanted them to be a little baggy.
Also, my brother keeps calling the store "Aerostopale" so now I call it that all the time on purpose /csb
Also, sorry my incredibly professional and not at all low-budget mirror selcas are flipped. Too lazy to flip them properly lol
I would probably wear the grey shirt with something over it. Also, I don't have a weird belly button; that's a ring. lol. The shorts are from Target. I was super exited to find those b/c finding a high-waist short that fits properly is like finding the holy grail. I went a size up since they ran small. The checked shirt and boots are from Macy's (both on sale. Macy's has good sales. I used to work there, so I always know when the sales are, lol). I got them a while back.
American Eagle:
Waist high shorts on sale for $24 (that is a splurge to me) and the top I thiiiink came out to under $10. The shorts are stretchy so they're super comfortable. They ran a bit big so I bought a size down. The top is one size.
The boots are from Macy's (I think). I got them a while ago. I love black boots. I have 3 pairs so far and am still looking for more (one pair is getting janky from so much use). I wear black boots like other Hawaii people wear slippers (all y'all mainlanders call them flip-flops).
Yesstyle:
I don't recall how much each item cost, but it came out to under $40! I was really surprised at the quality. I wasn't expecting much for such a low price, but there you go. Everything on YS is asian sizes and it differs from brand to brand. iirc all of these items were one size (prob close to a US small/medium).
Also, I hadn't realized it when I bought it, but Sulli wore the "geek" shirt in the RPPP MV. Themoreyouknow.gif
Vest is from Forever 21, leggings from soyfashion.com
The skirt and top are from Forever 21.
Nastygal:
The shirt was pricey ($25 at 50% off) but I couldn't resist. The bustier was under $10 (i think... if not, it was something insanely cheap). I took a photo of it alone so you would see what it looks like, but I bought it to wear under sheer shirts.
I usually try to avoid taking a photo with my left leg at that angle but I was in a hurry and forgot. My left leg is still really skinny b/c it never fully recovered after my accident (long story, but I had a full-leg cast for a while).
Aaaaaanyway, that's it for my haul post. I won't be buying anything for a while, lol. Now I can at least pretend to be cute when I live my exciting life of shopping at Don Quijote and picking up grease with some food attached at Zippy's. If you have any questions, feel free to ask in the comments.
Until next time!
