pool is great. i love it. cool fresh water after sweating from long runs down the road, back up the road, down again. i do love a good run. i love a nice tan also.

soooo i just got home from my first soccer practice with the penfield strikers. at first, i was really excited, but then i started to work with the goalie coach. he taught me everything i already knew and was once good at, but see the problem is...he taught it to me in a TOTALLY different way from what Jeff Wiel taught me.
