Technically the time has come round when I am obliged to post. I know this because Dolor has told me this is so and she is the speaker of the truth.

But as ever I do not really know what to say... I feel I am drifting further and further from some old friends, but trying to think postitively about that, I'm sure better ones must exist in the future ( Read more... )

No, seriously, why not get a Facebook? You don't even have to show your face -- you can use a picture of a Simpsons character like my friend Beth. Or a photo of your cat like Dolor.

Haha - should I be offended that you assume the reason I am anti-facebook is because I fear showing my face?

Noooo... I assume the reason you are anti-Facebook is the same reason you are anti-email. I mean, what would happen if you just joined us all in 2008? Come on! They have Scrabble and word games and a daily trivia game. And you can put a bookshelf in your profile, and you can put Stage Door in your profile, which lets everyone know what plays you've seen lately, or what plays you've been in, or what plays you want to see. And you can send people silly little gifts of all sorts -- like, Dolor and I found this app that lets you send a waterglobe, and there's another one where you can send hatchable eggs, and my friend Freddy sent me one with a stinkbug in it and it's hilarious. And you can friend all my friends. And I post all my photos there now (when not experiencing technical difficulties) so you can see Pooker growing up. It's awesome! And it's nice and white and clean, not like MySpace.

I think it's creepy that you don't have a Facebook.

Hahahahahahaha.

Hiya Trent!

I fear I must apologize for responding so late to your flood of postings (2x). Wow! See? You miss us and so in our absence you feel compelled to speak.

Seriously, come join us in Facebook. You can lurk there as easily as here, and you won't feel nearly as sadly neglected as you do here. Official exhortations notwithstanding, you really don't need to post factual contact information unless you wish to do so, and there are most excellent diversions of all sorts to sample. Just don't blanketly friend everyone who asks or sign up for every app sent your way; you can ignore folks just as easily there as here... ;->

Remember: I speak truth... lol
