so... i was in the shower wondering how the HECK you break a retainer, so i took mine out to examine it because it seemed so impossible. then i dropped it, and it broke. a big chunk of plastic is now missing. now its my turn to say dammit. dammit. i guess its just not a good day for retainers. <3 mikahsue

fyi, if you have retainers, don't chew on them. i did, and i accidently bit a chunk of my retainer off, then swallowed it, not fun.
