[Another video post and Wesker is on Route 46 - you know, that little bit ABOVE Route 26 which you couldn't actually get through because of the ledges. Guess what Wesker's found out? Those rock-things are a pain, aren't they? [Or at least they are when you're stuck with an electric type.] Almost as much of a pain as those ledges.
