.This is myself and Michelle at Deloris park the first night we got to SF
this was us rested against a tree. we walked around the city on shrooms and made friends with a few trees haha... everyone says I'm crazy and maybe they are right, but honestly, i was craving an adventure. i need some spice in my life!
this was at Golden Gate park. We had a picnic. It was such a beautiful day. I lucked out the weather was really nice that weekend.

This is me, Michelle and Yassaint. He is a [straight] bartender at a gay bar... him and Michelle had a love connection so he invited us to his BBQ the next day. He was a really awesome host and just a great guy. I hope things worked out for them, because she was so sprung on him!!
SF was amazing. The drive up we did a ride share with some very interesting people. One guy was named Damian {Dah- Me -Ahh- N} he was very specific about the pronunciation of his name. He was a student at SFSU and also a freelance photographer. He comes down to LA frequently to take pictures at clubs. He was on his way back up to school. We also picked up a guy named Simon. He is from London and his band was doing a tour in the states. He played his last show and we picked him up and dropped him off at the airport in SF.
Damian is sitting behind me on the Left and Simon is behind Michelle on the right. I was a little paranoid the whole time, but Michelle wanted to do this so we wouldnt have to pay for gas. It ended up working out really well. They were both very nice and mellow. We bough groceries and gas with the money they gave us in exchange for a ride.
we were on the way to pick up Simon after already getting Damian and i had mentioned that I had some shrooms that I didnt know what to do with because no one in LA wanted to do them with me and I will never shroom alone again. Michelle was down so we turned around and grabbed them. After we dropped the boys of we bought some groceries and just chilled for a bit. We made a tea out of the shrooms and drank it. Richa, Michelle's room mate dropped us off. We couldn't stop smiling. It was so much fun! We just wandered around and went to some parks and sat on the trees and tripped out on the starts and the swaying branches. We avoided shady characters for a good part of the night. We bought a beer and crouched against a wall, and then people began avoiding us! it was very funny, yet humbling. we walked literally to the other side of town to meet up with Richa to catch a ride home after we decided the bus would kill our buzz.
The next day we had our picnic. Then we went back to Deloris park and relived our experience from the night before. We met a really strange boy named Ricky. He told us he was an exotic dancer. He also told us "if you dont cum on stage you don't get paid... so I do." He was an advocate for legalizing prostitution... I was faced with so much diversity that it was a really good experience. I think living there will really force me to get to know myself on a much deeper level. I'm very excited about that. Anyways, later that night we went to the gay bar. This is when Michelle and Yassaint hit it off. they were making out all over the place even though he was working. I made friends with a bunch of cute gay boys and we danced the night away. The whole bar got silent though, as the show " The L Word" came on... so Michelle and i went to Kasa which is an Indian food place that Richa's girlfriend Lydia works at. Michelle's boss Yannic met us there. he is a younger guy about 29. he is so awesome we had an instant connection. He owns this little coffee shop that displays the work of local artists. perfect job for me! and he said if i ever move up i am already hired so thats a relief! So we went back to Michelle's and Yassaint ended up meeting us there and him and Michelle cuddled on the couch all night. It was rather cute.
The next day was MLK day of service so we went down to the beach and did a lil clean up. it felt good to give back. Then we went to Yassaint's house for his BBQ. It was really fun! He has such a cool house with an awesome back yard. All of his friends were really nice and talkative which made it less akward when Michelle and Yassaint would disappear haha. He had a bunch of fat joints which was perfect. He totally reminded me of Michelle's ex bf from home that i really thought was the one for her. So we pretty much stayed there all day and got really drunk again... aye so much partying when i hang out with Michelle!!
the last day we just kind of relaxed. I visited the campus which was really nice. There is so much greenery there. That's what i loved most about the Santa Cruz campus, but having the comfort of a big city makes SF my ideal choice!!We made some food and just talked about the weekend. She talked about yassaint a lot. it got kind of annyoing.... but that's ok, i just don't remember what it's like to be so sprung on someone so i tried to keep that in mind. I flew home and I was glad to be back but I miss SF already. I really dreaded seeing my mom again and the instant I did she was hassling me about why im upset and just generally putting me in a bad mood by talking about her BS instead of asking me how the trip was.
On a completely unrelated note, I'm going to see my brother's band play tonight at the Whiskey. Everyone else is more excited about that he is haha.
