Cramp.. my nightmare

I hate cramps... especially very bad cramp like what I am experiencing now.

I am supposed to catch the Super Bad Super Band recording later with Melon and Veron later tonight. Well, Luci is performing as guest tonight. I know it's weird. As in, why would I wana go and blah blah blah. I like band, I like Live, I like music. And I like and respect
