Well, I've had a nice week with the kid. He seems to be doing well. He managed to read a couple of books and do some drawing this week. It's nice to see him chill...do something creative. This is what you said, "I am building a coalition to look at institutional funding of the devices that provide for independence (wheelchairs, speech devices, daily living aids, etc...)"

So, are you saying, a group of people will ask questions like, who is paying for that wheelchair? Is it often enough? Who will pay to renovate that persons bathroom in their apartment so they can have better access? Who should pay to update out of date technology for people who use communication devices?

Is this what you're saying?
