Nate, you CAN'T judge a band from a factually objective standpoint.
People still have different ideas on what is a GOOD OBJECTIVE quality.
You can't say it is a truth that **insert certain musical quality** is a factually GOOD objective quality.

LOADS of things I listen to I love because of atmosphere and artistic emotion (like TOOL). But you wouldn't agree that they have "objectively" good qualities. Because it's not possible to say that certain qualities are, by fact, objectively good.

Nate, this is an irrelevant challenge. You're right, I can't name any good objective qualities that SeS has, because by MY view on music and what good music is, SeS is a steaming pile of generic SHIT. Which proves my point.
Tool, on the other hand, I can think of plenty of objective qualities. But you don't think they're are any.
This is because I like them, and you don't, and we have different ideas on what makes a "good objective quality".

I'm a little bit confused... doesn't the term "objective" (as used in "objective view") have more of a factual reference?

Yes!! That's my point!
You can't say that, BY FACT, **insert quality** makes music better.
