Wow.

Also, Renoise gives me a headache.

"Wow" <- Exactly!

Wish we could have talked more. We should plan some sort of dinner at these things.

Looked around for you later and couldn't find you. Did you stay for Sunday? I liked that evening more than I thought I would.

I usually have to schedule around one or two fights a day with Lauren. Also, she decided she wanted to leave earlier on Sunday so we could drive through that big snow storm pounding northern Vermont. She was in a big hurry to get home and sleep through all her classes on Monday.

But at least the show was a good time.

I don't know!
Trackers are supposed to be confusing and weird, but I seem to have the basic swing of Renoise and I've used it for about 3hrs. That's about half the amount of time I've ever spent composing music on a mac.

Download the demo version. It's pretty much fully functional. Plus, the registered version is only 50€.
I can't say its better than anything else, but it definitely looks like its got a lot of potential for people who are willing to forgo good posture and fresh air for a few months.

i have the full, i have had it for about 2 years. i found if you look at the sample songs it helps alot to figure out what goes where and how to do certain things. actually making synth lines etc is where i run into trouble. its definitly the best tracker i have ever worked with though. let me know what you make in it, id love to hear
