I wish we had a little of the snow in photo 1 right now and the temperatures to go with it :)

I fear that tree tagged with the red mark is going to be cut down.

I still think Moscow has lovely places to walk (next photo). The building which follow were shot at an angle to make them interesting.

it's not a snow, he-he
it's poplar seed tufts. lots of this stuff is flying around in the beginning of june

Thank you for the information. I truly thought that was a photo from the winter. I've never seen poplar trees in the US make the seed tufts you speak of. Ian sure fooled me :)

my favorite ones are:
1 because it's showing nature's abondance even in town,
2 because it's like a Dali painting ,
4 for the light playing in,
9 for its special charm
