As the title states I got a job! I will be working at UPS as either the loader or unloader, depending on where they put me. My shift is going to be from 5:30 pm to 10:30 pm, which works great with my schedule at school and all. I'm going to be making $8.50 an hour and after 3 months it will go up to $9. By way of reference, Grandma's comments have little or nothign to do with what side of the family they're on. We used to be the subject of some of that and ahve improved our relationships since. Short version: chill. Relax. She's human, grandpa's human, and you're human, and you come from different worlds. There's going to be some kinks in the machinery. Let the job take your stress and put it into moving boxes. You may be surprised at how much better you feel once your body's been worked. :)

Ya your basically right...it just gets frustrating at times is all and I was just basically using an example. I dunno, I don't remember her being this way so much when I was younger. Thanks for your view, I understand where your coming from and that's fine. All I ask is that we try to be at least somewhat civil about it all. I don't want us against each other and I only wrote that part in my LJ cause it just bothers me sometimes.
