When I talk to COG folks, they are always asking me which trad lineages I've worked with. I think I'll just point them here from now on instead of trying to explain.

When they do, they should click the blue triskele tag, as that will take them to other posts with the history of the lineage, etc.

I think it fits very well. Additionally, many triskells I've seen have a feeling of movement inherent in them, and I think that the movement is a good reminder of what the group can be. Adjustments should be made so the practice fits the people, not (in my opinion) the other way around.

When you mentioned it, I understood instantly what you meant, it resonated at a deep level.

Ok,

Going to be the non traditionalist here.

Does what you do fit more or less in the definitions that Wicca for the rest of us wrote(why there, because it also manages to included eclectic stuff as well)? Does it feel well to you, and those you practice?

Yes and yes, then ok. No one else likes it, show em your hiney:P

Btw, now you gotta come up with an image of a Blue Triskelle, to help cement this:)

(Blue Star Initiate, Hi, apologies for abrupt appearance)
Why "triskell" and not either triskele or triskelion? An admittedly brief search is failing to show up examples of that word as a synonym for triskele, but instead a lot of "misspelling" redirect references back to triskele.

I'm impressed with your solution to the question of how to adapt heteronormative/gender-essentialist early Wiccan practice into your situation.

Um, because I apparently have had a misspelling stuck in my brain for years now. Thanks for pointing it out.
