inside the hub

I'm going to keep this a bit vague in case anyone is still spoiler-free.............but, did anyone who watched "Inside he Hub" last night on BBCA think it only makes Children of Earth worse?  RTD goes on about how he loves the Hub, the cast and so on...and then, well, you know.  It REALLY annoyed me.

I just looked on You Tube. I don't see it there yet, but I'm sure it will be soon...or the other usual places. I wish I knew how to upload stuff, but, I haven't a clue. Again, it was called "Inside the Hub" kind of a catch-up of seasons 1 & 2 - but, with extra interviews. It was just sooooo annoying because RTD talks about how much he loves the Hub and loves the remaining three characters and wants to expand on their stories and so on......and then, of course, we know he goes on to destroy ALL of it. I seriously wanted to reach thru the television and smack him...several times.

I've been wanting to smack him several times for a while now. Especially as he was *planning* to kill Ianto off in season two but decided he didn't want to do that. Makes me really annoyed he didn't stick to that! lol.

I had the same reaction. The Declassified/Inside Look thing made me feel a bit better, but there was just too much about 'Inside the Hub' that made me want to punch RTD's lights out. I don't usually experience serious urges to commit physical violence.

There are times when I wish I could retcon myself and forget that I ever had anything to do with Torchwood.

And that said, off to work on one or more of the three most pressing TW fics currently on the menu. *facepalm*
