OK, so I think it's going to happen this time. I have some flextime worked up and so I am taking off next Friday completely. Our plan is to leave early enough in the morning that we get to enjoy a whole day at the beach, and still make it home before Mr and Mrs Can't-Drive-At-Night-Because-We-Fall-Asleep-On-The-Road start to have problems ( Read more... )

I chuckled reading that. Being an ENFP, I can see why you're giddy and feeling like that. I WOULD BE TOO! I have a feeling something like that may be coming my way before long, and so I keep hoping, but to see it actually happen to someone as awesome as you, warms my heart. I'm so very glad that positive things are moving your way. And by the way, May 3rd is my birthday, so I'm pleased to hear it will be an awesome day for you! May 12th sounds even better.
