House drama

A lot of people had invisible friends growing up. I don't recall having one, but I think I've had something following me around for many years now. He's a llama named Bob, but he's not a normal llama. He's a Drama Llama. Bob the Drama Llama. I can't seem to take two steps without this fellow spitting drama into my life. I'd be tempted to take a vacation, then maybe rent a furnished timeshare in town, if you can find one. Then just keep all your stuff in storage until it's time to move for real. Sorry Bob messed up your well-laid plans.

Our Home Teacher may be able to put us up for a month - he's by himself in a house. He's checking with his landlord, and we should hear by today or tomorrow for sure. If that doesn't work, the timeshare idea might work. Depends on how much it is. Like I said, our liquid cash is low (on purpose), so we don't have a ton of financial flexibility without going into more debt.

Stupid stupid Bob.

Hey, want to borrow a llama?

Oh, that sucks. How frustrating.

A suggestion: Take a balloon. Stuff a bunch of Play-doh in it. This is easier with two people, I'm told, (one to hold the balloon open, one to shove Play-doh in) but I did it alone without too much difficulty. Only a little frustration. Okay, moderate frustration. Try to do it with someone else. Anyway, squeeze out excess air and tie off the balloon. Now you have a stress ball that is quite pleasing to the senses. Squish it. Mash it. Imagine it is Bob's neck or the llama's legs.

Ahhh...

I imagine Bob's legs would make a more pleasing cracking sound, but the stress ball is a good idea. :)
