Anybody need someplace to live in January? I might have space for a roommate.

I'm looking at a place w/ two bedrooms and an office. East Side. I want to turn the office into a studio, and obviously, there are two bedrooms.
You'd have to be okay with some noise - IE music.
You'd even get a lower rent rate, since I'd be taking over the office.
Let me know - I'm going to try to look at it this week.
