POssibly. I think Shakespeare in Love may have something. Though I think most soundtracks are set for the modern ear. Unfortunately, I don't know enough to just which ones are good and which ones aren't.

You should try searching for Renaissance lute music, much of which was composed in Italy and Spain (which later saw the development of the early guitar)...
