Trying to piece together a Dr. Horrible costume for Arisia

So far Yau has suggested Dr. Horrible, but without pants. (Could get chilly.)

And one suggestion for Captain Hammer with a slight modification to the shirt...this is for a particular party at Arisia.

I'm thinking if I can get a utilikilt once I am there....but where to find the tshirt.
