I love odd words and odd phrases. I love words that you don't hear everyday and when I hear them or see them, I always try to adopt them and use them in conversations. I also have a soft spot for curse words. I use them when I'm angry and I use them when I'm not. I sometimes revel in using them

ha ha, very nice entry and good fun. I like the insults you came up with.
I work as customer service essentially, but it is at a university with students, so I think there is a power differential that makes people act nice. Plus, we help them with their computers, so there is another power differential between the knowledgeable and the knowledge-less. The only people who have been particularly rude to me have in fact been non-students abusing the resources. For some reason, being in the wrong makes you more aggressive about demanding your imagined rights.

I don't think I have the patience required to work at a call centre, but I'm glad you do, because if you didn't you wouldn't have written this, and I love this. Great job :)

Thanks! I'm glad you love this. I didn't think I would have the patience either, but I needed a change in where I worked and this one opened up. You get used to it.
