Doodle Days
I'm getting my Golden Doodle puppy today and I'm beyond excited. I've been researching them online and search through hell and high water for the perfect puppy at the perfect price. Most Doodles whether they be Labradoodles (Half Lab/Half Poodle) or GoldenDoodle (half Golden Retriever/Half Poodle) cost anywhere between 1,200 to 2,500 depending on the breeder and the location it seems.
I found a breeder in Oregon http://www.thegoldendoodles.net/ which is an hour away and who had three Goldendoodle puppies 10 weeks old. The price for these has gone down from $875 to $500! So, I jumped on it.
I picked my favorite puppy and she's bringing him to my house tonight... and I can't wait. I have Doodle on the brain. I think they are the cutest dogs I've ever seen and their supposed to be extremely smart, loving and the best part..NO to very LOW SHEDDING! semi Hypo-allergenic dogs. Can't beat that.
So here's my puppy...
This is a Standard mix. So he's HUGE! Mine is mixed with a medium sized poodle but his Dad was a standard. Mine should be a medium sized dog.(I hope) haha!
I actually had a standard poodle growing up and he was half human and an amazing friend. He was HUGE.
