I do mean a navigation menu. One where is you hover the mouse over it, it will expand and show many options and you choose one and it takes you to a page on the website. I don't see the Spry Menu Bar option. Maybe I have an old version?
I forgot, I'm using Dreamweaver CS3 now. I think Dreamweaver 8 has a similar option, although it wouldn't use Adobe's Spry framework. I'm not positive, though.
You can google "dhtml menu" and find some tools that will help you build a DHTML menu. Only some of them are free, and I don't know how easy they are to use.

Select menu:
Item 1
Item 2
Item 3
You probably mean a DHTML navigation menu though. You could use the Spry Menu Bar feature. Go to Insert - Layout Objects - Spry Menu Bar.
It will create a dummy menu for you, which hopefully won't be too confusing to work with.
