GETTING TO KNOW ME:
In a nutshell, I'm a rambly college student, and an aspiring fiction book editor or social media blogger.
I'm restless, I'm gregarious, I'm naive, and I'm somewhat clueless.

I'm enrolled at a university and while being an adult has its pros, I still cling to my childhood. I came to livejournal on a whim in 2006 because I was intrigued by icon making, and now I've been blogging and fiddling with image editing and graphic design for many years. I'm a bit adventurous. I'm finally cracking out of my shell and trying new things. I'm an identical twin (people confuse us often and no, we're not telepathic). I love blogging; I've been doing it for years now, and I use it to get my thoughts out of my head, like a diary, as well as to keep in touch with some great people I've met online. I'm a hopeless romantic. Even as a 21-year-old, I've never had a boyfriend -- my being intimidating, my lack of allure, and unrequited feelings all contribute to it. I'm doing what I can. Je peux parler un peu de français. I find that cliché's are sometimes the simplest and sweetest words. I am a Pisces. I daydream more than is healthy. I am a Christian (Presbyterian) on a difficult religious path. I won't force my morals or beliefs on anyone, though. I am an amateur musician with 6 1/2 years of piano under my belt and a few years of flute, too (although by now, I'm rusty, to say the least, and all I've retained is the ability to read music). I'm also a vocalist. Singing is a great passion of mine, and occasionally I post recordings. I'm pretty sarcastic. I'm growing more outspoken and outgoing, though much of the time I can be rather shy. I am an intense procrastinator, which has landed me in a lot of trouble over the years. I tend to be critical about grammar but I'm not knowledgeable enough to have any authority to truly critique it. Fandoms are fun! I like finding new interests. I'm a prototypical fiction heroine: I'm somewhat socially inept, klutzy, easily bruise-able, just over five feet tall with curly hair, and I'm a bookworm. I'm a geek. (I don't know if there are qualifications, but I nerd out about science fiction and fantasy, I play some video games, I've been to Comic Con....) I am able to give short answers, but I tend to be verbose and my blog posts are long-winded. I prefer getting more than getting. My cell phone is always attached to me. Oh, and I ramble. A lot.

I am very open to new friends - my "flist" is extensive - but I prefer to choose who can and can't read my personal entries. If you add me out of the blue, it is likely that I won't add you back. I spend much of my time working (when I'm not procrastinating). But I do like to make icons every so often, I write fics even less, and I love to feel inspired so I'm constantly adding icon sites! You can catch my work at Genuine Graphics and 2unrealistic. I moderated Mistaken Heroes, Dawn Broke, Skandar Fans and Pandemonium Club in the past but college is my priority.
