I have a mild adjustment if you will. Take for example people with developmental disabilities. It is good to have the knowledge prior to working with them that this person uses a wheelchair, that person has a behavior problem, etc. It is bad to simplify things by referring to this person as "a wheelchair" and that person as "a behavior". It dehumanizes them. Just a thought.
