ok well arent i just the poster today..haha get it..riite..o well, lyss i cant really say thT I KNOW WHAT YOU WENT THROUGH, whoa, but i kno how to deal with a person that has, my sister, stefanie, was in friends hospital fr about a week or two, it was hard trying to deal with it, and sometimes she came into my room at night and she told me she wanted to cut herself and that she just wanted to die, so i sat and i talked with her and i listened, that made me a really good listener so im always her when you want to talk, and that i need you to understand that its gunna get better, because she went on medication, just like you did, and shes great now, shes moved on, shes a great person. one thing i remmber her doing was painting pictures, she loved painting pictures, so i dunno, maybe u should draw or paint what you feel, i know she loved doing that and thats one thing that helped her. lyss i love you, ur a great friend, and maybe that hole donia thing was a sign that u need to worry about urself now, and not about him, cause u dont need
