Why does LJ say I have been blocked from someone's journal?

Were you properly logged in, it has been glitchy lately. That or for some reason the person has banned you

I'm raising the possibility because the other day I was clearing a post of spam and accidentally caught an entirely legitimate comment with my scythe- which resulted in the commenter being banned from my LJ. It's very easily done.

Yes it was you! Hence a blanket post though in caase others had the same thing
