Your "chap" sounds like an ok guy :). And he is an artist too, which never hurts. These Romanians, they have a few aces up their sleeves ;). Looking forward to hearing more about your plans, which sound exciting. I would be all for that too, getting a piece of land and be completely autonomous, but for now, Dan doesn't want to hear about it. Maybe if things in the world get even crazier, who knows...
