It is ignorance like this that really piss me off:

United States President George Bush was tonight accused of trying to undermine the United Nations by setting up a rival coalition to coordinate relief following the Asian tsunami disaster.

The president has announced that the US, Japan, India and Australia would coordinate the world

i think the UN's feelings are still hurt from when Bush basically told them that their thoughts on world matters didn't matter because he was going to do what he wants.

and i see 100% truth in the statement about the US being bad at coordinating with other countries... except england sometimes.

I think the US should really care less if the UN's feelings are hurt. We don't need their permission to help out another country (or go to war for that matter either).
