Ok, random rant from my 10 minutes of being at work so far today...only about 5 of which we've been open. Already 2 calls have come in, both ladies made me question their intelligence

Haha. Whenever I call a store to find out if it's open and someone answers, I always ask, "How late are you open today?" so I don't sound stupid.
