the hobbit: an unexpected journey

My inner eight year old has finally been allowed the adventure her heart longed for. Guys, I knew I was going to enjoy the hobbit but I didn't realize how much the film would reach out and twist the heart of me until I was silly with love and saying the riddles out loud. I haven't read the book since I was thirteen

tell me how you were prepared for the hot dwarfs (well, at least a bit) because I wasn't and that led to kind of embarassing moments. You're right, though, no preparation whatsoever could have done justice to what richard armitage (and for me, aidan turner) did to me with that movie.

Watching LOTR for the first time years ago, I was all elves, but now... Well. Hot dwarfs.
