so we just got back from an excursion with all of the people in the extranjero program. They took us below ground to a mining tunnel and we got to climb down mine shafts. crazy. This weekend I went to Llanes again with my host parents. We left saturday morning, and then saturday evening went to Pepe´s brothers 54th birthday. His brother is develop mentally disabled...or whatever you call it in PC terms. Tis the time of year for sickness, and apparently we are not immune here. I just thought i would say that i am very sorry for the poor spelling and grammar in these entries. i was just glancing through a couple and was disturbed to find a million typos. The sad part is that this system has a spell check, but it´s time consuming and i never have enough time on a computer. so sorry...hopefully it´s all still readable.

Yesterday myself and a few other girls went on a day trip thinking the weather would be nice and we could see some sights in nearby asturias. WRONG. the weather was terrible, but we managed to get around on the greyhoudish bus system alright.
