She looks a little frustrated - calm but frustrated ]So, I made it through the route, got to town and found a job. I mean, that's normal, right? It's not like there's too much else to do and normal sounds pretty good... as weird as that seems here ( Read more... )

It'd be nice if it could stop.

I'd like it if it went away.

At least it's a well behaved one, that is a blessing on itself.

That is indeed normal for Johto. As for the Psyduck, I would suggest catching it as an effective way of keeping it from following you.

Of course, then you would own it, but at least it would not be at your heels whenever you leave a building.

Catching it? [ No, that had not crossed her mind at all... and then, like Rose said, she'd be stuck with it ]

I guess that's an option.

From there, you are always able to trade it to another trainer if you wish.

Would anyone even want it?

You can try catching it. That's not really making it go away, but at least you can keep it in its Pokéball when you don't want it to follow you around.

Yeah, but then I'm still stuck with it.

It might be useful to have it. I've never caught a Psyduck before so I've never thought to research what it can do, but it's possible that it has some useful abilities.

Yeah? [ She's only half heartedly doing this but she's pulling out her Pokedex and pointing it at it ] Let's see. [ And blah blah Pokedex stuff ] A water type. That's... pretty obvious.

You gotta catch it! And then you can find someone to trade it to!

You think someone would actually want it?

pluckapetal August 31 2011, 04:56:51 UTC
Oh yeah! There's even a breeding center for that sort of thing!

People breed these things?
