So here we are, at the end of our high school careers. It comes with a range of emotions, exhilaration and exhaustion among them. There is a phrase that we have each heard many times. I did. I decided on Yale, in part, because of you, this board and John Kerry. I want to make a difference, and rather than sit back and take potshots at the system, I decided I need to learn to work it from within. Of the schools I was considering, Yale seemed like the best place to begin my journey down that path. New Haven is no Boston, but I am looking forward to being there.

New Haven? Yay, you'll be in Connecticut with me. Haha. But I go to the University of Hartford (shitty school), at the Hartt School of the Arts (super amazing one of the best in the country), for Music Ed. So the Hartt school is great, but UHA sucks academically.

Anyhow, congrats on graduating! Enjoy your summer and I'm sure you'll love college. :)
