Today I finally got my verdict back. The #@!$!#@$ jury hung! 10-2 guilty. I was like what else did you need? The guys tosses back 5 drinks in a little more than 3 hours, gets on the road going 80 in a 60, fails all of his FST's, blows .09 and his blood test is .11 and they're like, we're not sure?????  I celebrated my birthday with my boo. She came  up and spent the weekend and the three days before thanksgiving with me. We went to see the Color Purple at the Orpheum in San Francisco. It has been hellish. I finished one job on Friday and started the new one on Monday. In between I moved, I was in trial exactly 1 week after starting and had to drive back to Bakersfield from the Bay area to finish the move and rent out my house.
