    The Hubble Ultra Deep Field image is a picture taken by the Hubble space telescope of the farthest visible reaches of the universe. The telescope was aimed at what looks like a completely empty patch of sky and a picture with an 11-day exposure was taken. It is pretty crazy.

That picture shows me just a glimpse of how unthinkably big God is, and yet he cares about every single one of us.

Pretty powerful stuff, there.

I think you would find University Astronomy quite interesting. I wouldn't particularly recommend Dr. Robinson due to the fact that his tests suck, but it would certainly be good as an audited course.
