This is mildly horrifying, and a good reminder of how short people's memories are. Even though I doubt it is just 20 years.

I loved the format in the second part especially, how you show her plea for help in the sort of robotic computerized way, both in the font and in what she is saying.

Well, do you remember what people were warning you about twenty years ago?

Yea, one of the ideas I was super enamored with from this world is the idea of communicating in low resolution languages to avoid spreading memetic infections. How could you use that in a story? How could you use it to inform and talk about character and world?

This piece is in part another attempt at that :P
